North Carolina FC announced initial roster decisions on Wednesday with five already under contract and 11 exercised. Returning include:
- Goalkeepers (1): Nicholas Holliday
- Defenders (6): Gustavo Fernandes, Max Flick, Nelson Flores, Britton Fischer, Christian Lue Young, Jordan Skelton
- Midfielders (4): Luis Arriaga, Pecka, Jaden Servania, Raheem Somersall
- Forwards (4): Oalex Anderson, Cole Frame, Marvin Mariche, Garrett McLaughlin
The club did not announce any departures, stating that there will be several free agent signings and other options being exercised for those not included in the initial list.
