Chattanooga – It took extra time, but fourth seeded Red Wolves SC were able to knock out defending USL League One champions Union Omaha 1-0. The league’s second highest scoring offense was largely shut down by its stingiest defense, leading to a 0-0 draw at the end of regulation. However, Rafa Mentzingen was able to hit a long range game winner in the 101st minute, and the Red Wolves were able to hold on to victory.
The Red Wolves will travel to Richmond on October 29th to face the top seeded Kickers.
