2023 expansion side Lexington SC released a video message from head coach Sam Stockley today in which he promises signing news coming in “early January.”
The holiday message teased players from “all over North America, from Canada from all over the world.”
The club has yet to announce any signings, while most USL League One clubs have released multiple signing announcements between League One Day One on December 7th and today.
The other USL League One expansion side, One Knoxville SC, has announced 11 signings so far, including two from USL League One, four from the USL Championship, three from USL League Two, and one each from the the NCAA and Eredivisie.
The message also promised a kit release and more details for the club’s W League team coming in the new year.
