History
After Fresno FC folded and transferred its franchise rights to Monterey Bay FC in 2019, the Central Valley soccer void was filled by USL League One expansion club Central Valley Fuego FC. Locally owned by the Ruelas family, the club currently plays at the Fresno State University Soccer Stadium while pursuing a long term home.
